STANDARD COMPETITION TERMS

The following terms apply to all the competitions advertised on the Ebidly website:

Qualifying Persons
Ebidly, trading as ebidly.com (the Promoter), operates prize-draw competitions (Competitions) resulting in the allocation of prizes in accordance with these terms and conditions on the website www.ebidly.com.
The Competitions are open to all persons aged 18 and over and who are resident in the United States, except ebidly.com employees.
Any tickets obtained using unorthodox methods which have not been approved by Ebidly or its directors—including but not limited to abuse of the system (website, lottery, payment, and banking), cancelling orders once completed, or refunding once completed—will result in forfeiting any obtained tickets at any point from the account or other accounts associated with that user. The user will be suspended and/or banned from the site and legal action may be taken. Ebidly.com will not accept competition entries that are:
a) automatically generated by computer;
b) completed by third parties or in bulk;
c) illegible, altered, reconstructed, forged, or tampered with;
d) late; or
e) incomplete.

Any user who requests a refund through their bank resulting in a chargeback against Ebidly Limited will be charged any fees incurred through our payment provider, bank, and/or legal undertaking and will face legal proceedings and/or prosecution.

Ebidly.com reserves the right to close a customer’s account at any time if it is felt that the customer is abusing the services, being abusive to other customers or staff, or if there is reason to believe the customer is not genuinely entering.

Ebidly.com reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the applicable Competition.

Ebidly Limited or its directors reserve the right to close an account without explanation.

If your account has been closed, suspended, banned, or blocked, you are prohibited from opening additional accounts. Any tickets or entries on such accounts will be void, and any items won will not be allocated.

Legal Undertaking
By entering a Competition, the entrant (‘Entrant’, ‘you’, ‘your(s)’) will be deemed to meet the eligibility criteria, have the legal capacity to do so, have read and understood these terms and conditions, and agree to be bound by them and by any other requirements set out in related promotional material.

You accept full responsibility for any entry outside of the Qualifying Person eligibility requirements and agree not to contravene any laws applicable outside the USA. We do not accept responsibility for any illegal competition entries.

By participating in a Competition online via the Website and accepting these terms, you confirm you are not breaching any laws and are resident in the United States. Ebidly.com will not be held responsible for any unlawful entry. If in doubt, you should immediately leave the Website and check with relevant authorities.

Random ID checks will be carried out as necessary. Winners must provide a copy of their passport, driving license, or photo ID to confirm identity and legal ownership of the payment method used, before prizes are paid or delivered. Failure may result in disqualification and an alternate winner selected.

Competition Entry
You may enter by:
(a) creating an account, paying the entry fee, and submitting the entry via the applicable competition page by the closing date; or
(b) using the free entry route as set out in Section 12.

Ebidly.com may run multiple competitions simultaneously. Each competition will have a specific prize and pricing determined at our discretion. Paid and postal entry methods will be specified on each competition page.

You must register an account online to enter, using an email or a social media account (Facebook, Twitter, or Gmail).

To enter online:
(a) Select your competition, provide your contact/payment details, tick the declaration box confirming you’ve read the terms, then play the challenge.
(b) Once your payment clears, you’ll receive confirmation by email.

Ebidly.com may disqualify any incomplete or suspicious entries.

All entries become the property of Ebidly.com and will not be returned. Entry limits per person are displayed on the individual competition page.

Competitions close once the last ticket is sold or at the guaranteed draw date, whichever comes first. No further entries will be accepted afterward.

All entrants must create an account and provide valid contact details.

Promotion Periods
Each competition runs for a specific period as shown on the relevant competition page. Products with unsold tickets before the draw date will be canceled, and refunds issued. Guaranteed draw dates will not be extended.

Competition Judgment
Ebidly.com uses a 100% random ball spinning machine or Google’s Random Number Generator (live-streamed) to select winners.

There is one 1st prize winner per competition unless stated otherwise. Some may include runner-up prizes.

Ebidly.com will contact winners using the contact info provided during entry. It’s the entrant’s responsibility to ensure their details are correct.

If a competition includes a Trick or Treat game, the entrant must answer the phone. Failure to do so after two calls will result in the next winner being selected.

All entrants are automatically added to the Ebidly.com database for updates about competitions and future promotions.

Our decision is final.

Winner’s Details
Ebidly.com will publish the surname and county of winners within 24 hours of a competition closing, and may also request photos or videos of winners for marketing purposes.

If you object to having your details published, contact us as per Section 13. However, we must still provide them to the Advertising Standards Authority if requested.

Competition Prizes
All prizes are chosen and purchased by Ebidly.com. Full prize details are available on the website. Once delivered, Ebidly.com is no longer responsible for the prize. No insurance or warranty is provided unless stated otherwise.

Winners may be charged delivery fees outside specified areas. Delivery may be made in person or by courier.

Winners are responsible for all additional expenses related to the prize.

Prizes are non-transferable, non-negotiable, and not convertible to cash or other substitutes unless a cash alternative is specifically offered.
